Instructions to use the tool
- Enter the revenue target you aim to achieve over a specific period.
- Enter your previous year's unbilled revenue (if any).
- Enter your average deal value.
- Fill in the activity ratios based on your past performance data or the ratios you expect to achieve.
- Further add the % division of activities expected from Sales and Marketing team
- The calculator will show a breakdown of the activities required to achieve your revenue target with each team's KPIs.
